JUDr. Vojtech Agner

JUDr. Vojtech Agner graduated from the Faculty of Law of the Comenius University in Bratislava where he also obtained a doctoral degree in law. He has worked as an attorney since 1991 and he specialises in the fields of commercial law, corporate law, real estates and bankruptcies. In 2006 he founded law office agner & partners, s.r.o. which is natural continuation of his previous attorney practise, when he worked as a freelance attorney. JUDr. Vojtech Agner is member of the Slovak Chamber of Advocacy. He is also registered in bankruptcy trustee list and is one of the partners in Prvý správcovský dom, k.s. and he is as well member of audit committee of Bankruptcy Trustees Association of the Slovak Republic. He is also registered in mediators list with the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic.
